I’ve been following the BHB Project (Build Handmade Buffalo) from afar, and was pretty excited when I realized that my visit with family & friends in Buffalo would co-incide with their first mug sale at the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market on May 24th.
It was great to see so many fellow alumni of the Buffalo State College Ceramics Program there, meet some of the next generation, and say hello to Colleen Toledano, founder of BHB. I love what BHB Project is doing, bringing attention to the value of the handmade, and I found a great new mug to take on my journey. Had to have one that featured a decal of their incredible hand built tandem bike, of course!
If you’re in the Buffalo area, they will be at the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market again this Saturday, June 7th.
